    The reference on page 182 of the History of Clark County that husband Peter was
    born and raised near Romney, WV may be an attempt to find the closest
    large settlement to the Crabbottom Section of then Augusta Co., VA and later
    Pendleton Co., VA\WV. It is well settled that Peter was born and raised in the
    Crabbottom which is near present-day Blue Grass, Highland Co., VA.

    above information and adds substantially more data including History of
    Pendleton Co., VA/WV p. 399 and reference to Clark Co., OH 1818 tax list ORPF,
    p. 109, vol. 9, #3. Also that Peter is on muster roll of Capt. Wm. Janes
    company of militia 6 Sep. 1794.

    Cemetery is located 1 1/2 mi. northeast of South Vienna, Ohio on Old Columbus
